Areas of work

In my practice, clients commonly face the following challenges:

  • Anxiety related to interpersonal relationships (both in professional settings, such as before public speaking, and in intimate relationships, like irrational fears of abandonment).
  • Anxiety related to safety and health.
  • Low self-esteem.
  • Feelings of loneliness.
  • Feelings of guilt.
  • Relationship issues (troubled, stormy, or superficial relationships, or even a lack of relationships altogether).
  • Family problems.
  • Difficulty managing anger, both one’s own and that coming from others.
  • Difficulty making decisions.
  • Trouble being assertive.
  • Coping with difficult life events (such as loss).
  • Struggling to find one’s place in life and define personal needs.
  • A diminished sense of life satisfaction, inability to enjoy, and lack of spontaneity.
  • Feelings of emptiness, boredom, or a sense of superficiality in one’s life.
  • Psychologically-rooted somatic ailments.

This is an experience-near way of saying that I usually work with anxiety, depression and personality disorders.

Psychotherapy, Counseling, and Promoting Personal Growth:

While I can legally conduct psychotherapy in Poland, it’s important to note that many countries have regulations limiting psychotherapy and counseling to state-licensed professionals.

Therefore, for residents of such countries, I offer a service known as promoting personal growth. While it follows a slightly different procedure, it addresses the same array of challenges mentioned above.
